The Management Practice is a group of like-minded experienced
senior managers who recognise that the majority of our lives are spent either at work or at home. Therefore it is logical that the Efficient Management of both these environments will produce a high level of personal satisfaction and will lead to greater wealth. The Action Management Systems (AMS) were therefore developed by The Management Practice to make it simple and easy for each and every person to better manage the specific actions that add personal and financial value to their livelihood. -
Action Management for your Company is the implementation of Performance Management Systems for the Non-Financial Areas of any Business Operation. Our systems
aim to substantially assist the financial performance of your business. This is a “how to” process that will enable you to get the very best from the people in your business area. The process is implemented
by individual and group coaching workshops together with operational computer systems provided by The Management Practice.

Action Management for your Household is
marketed by us as "HomeNet" and is a completely separate system that provides an organised method for an
individual to "take control" of the management of their home environment.
Running a household has many similar characteristics to managing a business.
Our approach is to provide a "do-it-yourself" process that provides you with a
step-by-step “how to” process. This should enable you to establish a high
level of control in your home life and to build an organized and more
harmonious environment in which to live.
These two methodologies are not only "what to do" but are also "how to
do it".
Each of these systems is summarised in book form, and each is supported by
implementation kits, workshops, documentation, computer tools, and operational
systems. AMS has been designed for thinking people who want to better themselves in business and/or at home. Each
system provides a simple "process of management" and will help you to take control of
each environment. |
